Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are not figureheads. They are actively involved in every child’s care. Observing sessions, analyzing data, coaching therapists, adjusting goals, and collaborating with families.
Each BCBA:

Oversees a carefully managed caseload
Conducts weekly team reviews for every client
Monitors real-time data to guide treatment adjustments
Provides 1:1 supervision and modeling to all RBTs
Ensures clinical fidelity to all ABA programming and protocols
Supports families with regular updates and coordination with schools and case managers
