Physical Therapy helps children develop age-appropriate motor skills, work on low muscle tone, and address problems with physical systems such as breathing control. Physical therapy goals are determined on an individual basis with the input of parents, physicians, and other members of the treatment team. We practice family-centered care to ensure that the concerns and goals of the family and child are incorporated into the child’s treatment plan and expected outcomes.

Physical Therapy can improve posture, address misalignments in the musculoskeletal system such as chest wall deformities and foot and ankle misalignments, and help children use specialized fitness programs.
